Our factory is located in Jiyang District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, China. We warmly welcome clients to visit our facility to inspect our production lines and quality control processes. If you cannot travel, we also offer live video inspections via WhatsApp or Zoom.

Ordering & Shipping
We support businesses of all sizes. Our MOQ is 1 unit. Whether you need a single customized cargo lift for your own use or a full container for resale, we treat every order with the same high standard of service.
For standard models (like mobile scissor lifts), the lead time is usually 7-15 days. For customized orders (like large mezzanine freight elevators), production typically takes 20-30 days after drawing confirmation.
We usually ship via sea freight (FCL or LCL) as it is the most economical method. We support various Incoterms including FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you choose DDP, we handle shipping, customs clearance, and tax payment, delivering the machine directly to your warehouse door.
We use professional export-grade packaging. Small machines are packed in durable plywood cases (no fumigation required). Large equipment is securely strapped and fixed onto steel pallets within the container to ensure zero damage during long-distance transportation.
After-Sales & Warranty
We offer a standard 12-month warranty on the main structure and key hydraulic/electrical components. During the warranty period, if any part fails due to quality issues, we will send replacement parts to you via DHL/FedEx express free of charge immediately.
Most of our mobile equipment ships fully assembled—you just need to charge/plug it in to use. For fixed cargo lifts, we provide detailed installation manuals, electrical diagrams, and step-by-step video tutorials. Our engineers are available 24/7 for remote video guidance. For large projects, on-site engineer support is also available upon request.
We guarantee a lifetime supply of spare parts for every machine we sell. We sell parts at cost price to our existing customers and can ship them globally via air express to minimize your downtime.
