The Separate Rail System Scissor Lift is a high-precision lifting device custom-engineered for railway maintenance facilities, designed for lifting, inspection, and transfer operations of rail vehicles. The platform features high-precision positioning capabilities, achieved through advanced electronic control systems working in tandem with hydraulic proportional valves. This ensures 0mm error alignment between the lifting platform and the leveling surface, meeting the stringent requirements for railway equipment docking and maintenance operations. Automatic hydraulic support struts are installed at all four corners of the platform. Upon reaching the end of the lifting stroke, the system automatically detects and triggers the struts to extend, securely supporting the platform to enhance operational safety and stability. During descent, the struts retract automatically without affecting overall operation. This equipment is widely deployed in railway maintenance depots and rail transit maintenance bases, offering outstanding safety, synchronization, and precise docking performance.
