🔹The wheel set replacement system comprises three units: a wheel set off-road vehicle with a hydraulic scissor lift for installing and removing wheel sets; a rail bridge assembly; and a set of 15-ton jacks to support rail vehicles during wheel set maintenance.
🔹The equipment system comprises a wheel set off-road vehicle, rail bridge assembly, and railcar support jacks; featuring a custom scissor lift; self-propelled; load capacity: 2.7 tons for the wheel set off-road vehicle; 3 tons for the rail bridge assembly; 15 tons for the railcar support jacks (set of four); heavy-duty construction capable of withstanding extreme conditions (extreme temperatures, dirt, dust).
