🔹A swing plate was installed at the top of the lift, as the metal casing requires manipulation during reinstallation. This swing plate permits horizontal movement of 2.5 centimeters in all four directions.
🔹For positioning the lift itself, it is manually pushed under the transport vehicle via a set of steel flanged wheels designed to travel on 56 1/2″ standard gauge track. This material handling solution could also be powered or self-propelled, and could be designed for disassembling trucks (bogie frames), engines, etc.
🔹The lift features a top swing plate enabling ±1″ horizontal adjustment on all four sides (for enhanced flexibility when removing/installing equipment beneath vehicles). The swing plate is mounted on ball-bearing rollers and incorporates heavy-duty plastic corner guides for increased maneuverability.
