🔹High efficiency and space saving with same side in/out: Adopting E-type structure design, material loading and unloading operation is completed on the same side, which reduces the space requirement for equipment turning, especially suitable for narrow site or compact layout of production line, and saves more than 30% of space compared with the traditional opposite-side in/out elevator.
🔹Four-column stable load-bearing: Four-column frame structure provides higher rigidity, smooth operation without shaking, can be adapted to a variety of carriers such as pallets, bins, etc., a single load of up to 2-5 tons (depending on the model), suitable for cross-floor transportation of heavy materials.
🔹 Intelligent Linkage Automation Integration: Is equipped with PLC control system as standard, which supports linkage with conveyor line, AGV or WMS warehouse management system, realizing automatic address recognition, precise stopping at level (±2mm error), and optional photoelectricity protection and fall prevention device to meet the needs of unmanned workshop.
🔹Flexible modularization and customization: lifting height, table size and door opening mode (hydraulic/pneumatic/manual) can be customized according to the needs, to adapt to the different floor differences of 3-15 meters, and part of the model is equipped with a closed shell to prevent dust and splash, expanding the application scenarios in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
